Digital printables (Payhip)

Printables are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, all printable sales are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will repair the file or issue a refund. Purchases and payments are processed by Payhip under their terms.

Physical merchandise (Party Shop / Printify)

Party Shop items are printed on demand by Printify after you order and shipped directly to you. Returns, exchanges, and shipping issues are handled through Printify’s returns and fulfilment process. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund through Printify. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size once production has started — please check the size guide before ordering.

Estimated delivery: United States and United Kingdom 4 to 7 business days, European Union 5 to 9 business days, Australia 6 to 10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
